Sole Canopy’s studio is a one of a kind space that by it's very nature inspires art making as it is in and of itself an artwork in every way.

If you are looking for a refreshing space to record your next song, film your next video, do some analogue mixing or generally find a new perspective on your creative act then Sole Canopy would be a wonderful choice.

We have two spaces.

TINY HOUSE PRODUCTION SUITE

The first is a Tiny House recording studio situated in a quiet suburb in the Sutherland Shire and it’s best suited for in the box production, overdubs and vocals. It’s homely and personal space full of great mics, analogue gear outboard gear and professional acoustic treatment (no eggshell foam stapled to the walls here). It is possible to do ensembles and drums in here and they sound great but it’s a tight squeeze.

SOLE CANOPY HOME STUDIO

The second studio is a custom built double wall lofted arched ceiling one of a kind home studio that is big enough for most live ensembles and sounds incredible. So when I say it’s a “home studio” it’s really so much more. It has a very similar vibe to the Tiny House with intentional decor, house plants and lots of natural light and as such it would make the perfect place for filming a live in studio performance.
